Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days via a third party. Orders are shipped using USPS/UPS/Fedex with tracking. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping partner.

We are not responsible for mail carrier loss or damage. Keep in mind that due to shipping delays, your order may not arrive in the promised timeframe. If that is the case, please check your tracking updates and alert the seller if the item is more than 5 days late. At this point, the seller will try to troubleshoot and provide a solution. Resolution is not guaranteed as shipping is provided through a third party.

Please allow up to 10 days processing time for all orders.

Digital Downloads

All sales are final for digital downloads. There will be no refunds or exchanges. However, please reach out so that we may help to troubleshoot your issue!

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you received a defective item, please contact me so that I can try to find a resolution.

Refunds

If refunds are to be issued for a defective item, proof of purchase and items must be provided.

Returns

To return your product, you should first contact the seller for mailing address and information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
