Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy


All orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped using USPS First class mail with tracking. USPS First class mail has a shipping time of 1-5 days.

We are not responsible for mail carrier loss or damage. Keep in mind that due to shipping delays, your order may not arrive in the promised timeframe. If that is the case, please check your tracking updates and alert the seller if the item is more than 5 days late. At this point, the seller will try to troubleshoot and provide a solution. Resolution is not guaranteed as shipping is provided through a third party (USPS).

Please allow up to 5 days processing time for all orders.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you received a defective item, please contact me so that I can try to find a resolution.


If refunds are to be issued for a defective item, proof of purchase and items must be provided.


To return your product, you should first contact the seller for mailing address and information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
